Quality Policy
Being aware of an impact of the ORLEN Asfalt sp. z o.o. on the natural environment and an influence of the industrial environment on health and safety of each employee of the company, we have declared to adjust systematically and consistently methods of planning and mastering processes of actions aiming at needs and expectations of customers, the natural environment protection, pollution prevention and the improvement in conditions of health and safety at work.
The strategy of the company has been subordinated to those aims and translated into the present and future development programmes and other activities proceeded in compliance with the implemented Integrated Management System in accordance with requirements of the PN-EN ISO 9001, PN-EN ISO 14001, PN-EN/OHSAS 18001 standards.
Pursuing our essential basic goals, acting within the guidelines of common policy, procedures and principles of the ORLEN Capital Group, we have obliged ourselves to:
- Achieve the state of a full compliance with the binding law and standards regarding our products, protection of the natural environment and industrial safety;
- Provide all those interested in, first of all the employees of our company, with access to information on the company’s impact on the natural environment and state of industrial safety including activities on those fields and their effects;
- Constantly improve effectiveness of the Integrated Management System covering : quality, the natural environment and industrial safety;
- Permanently improve threat recognition methods, prevent industrial accidents and occupational diseases, keep a watch on the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere and monitor discharge of industrial waste and perform preventive actions to secure the high level of environment protection and safety;
- Improve qualifications and environmental consciousness of the staff, promote involved attitudes towards quality of products, the natural environment and working conditions;
- Implement ergonomic solutions reducing arduousness on a workstation.
The policy of quality, environment, safety and health at work has been pronounced and adopted by our employees, customers and suppliers.
